Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our products is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review product details, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom printed on demand. We do not keep inventory in stock.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
Please double-check your order details before checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it at no additional cost.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
To submit a claim, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Claims determined to be caused by our printing or fulfillment partner are covered at our expense.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If the shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility. In such cases:
- Customers are responsible for any reshipment costs
- Orders will only be reshipped after a corrected address is confirmed
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days if they are not reclaimed.
Returns by Customers
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because all products are custom made to order:
- Size exchanges are not guaranteed
- Returns for buyer’s remorse are not accepted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where applicable
If you would like to request an exception, please contact us before returning any item.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Therefore, customized and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Address
Returned items are sent to the fulfillment facility used to produce your order. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
